“Mystery League”

Starting Thursday, Oct. 2, at 4 p.m., a mini-marathon of “Mystery League” – a live-action series produced and filmed entirely in Arkansas that teaches kids in kindergarten through second grades about friendship and community – will air on the PBS KIDS channel.

In each episode of “Mystery League,” viewers join Millie, Mike and Marta, three fifth-grade detectives, as they solve the never-ending mysteries in their small Arkansas town of Mulberry Springs. For kids ages 5-8, this series teaches lessons in friendship, civics, geography, economics, leadership and what it means to be a member of a community.

In addition to airing on Arkansas PBS and member stations nationwide, “Mystery League” is available on all PBS KIDS digital streaming platforms, including the PBS KIDS Video App, and pbskids.org. All the ways to watch Arkansas PBS KIDS 24/7 can be found at myarpbs.org/watch.

“Carl the Collector”

In the new “Carl the Collector” episode “A Fuzzytown Halloween,” Carl and his pals are excited to trick-or-treat, until Forrest shares a spooky rumor – Mr. Price is a wizard who turns kids into chicken noodle soup! Sheldon is determined to find the truth and end the rumor once and for all.

“Carl the Collector” follows the everyday adventures of Carl, a warm-hearted autistic raccoon who loves collecting things. His talents have helped him amass a collection for nearly every occasion and come in handy for solving problems with his friends. Carl is learning that there is no right or wrong way to be himself.
