Arkansas PBS Foundation seeks a Donor Relations Associate. The Donor Relations Associate (DRA) is an essential member of a dynamic team that provides critical financial support for Arkansas PBS, Arkansas's only statewide media network.
Responsibilities
The DRA is part of a donor relations team that provides excellent, on-point customer service to Arkansas PBS Foundation’s 25,000+ donors from around the state through a broad range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):
- Processing of online donations during high-volume fundraising periods.
- Preparation, tracking and shipping of donor thank-you gifts.
- Maintenance and updating of donor records in CRM.
The DRA will also assist with special events, production and volunteer hospitality support including:
- Order/pick-up/set-up meals for production staff and volunteers during on-air fundraising campaigns or events like Family Day.
- Serve as support staff (set-up, tear-down, refreshments, etc.) for events such as Board meetings, program screenings, Toad Suck Daze, family events, etc.
A detailed list of performance standards will be supplied to anyone who is requested to interview for this position. This position reports to the Foundation Operations Manager and works closely with all Foundation staff, and occasionally with Arkansas PBS Network staff.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who's a self-starter, detail-oriented and committed to serving our community. Outstanding customer service skills, organizational skills, the willingness to ask questions, and the capacity to juggle multiple projects concurrently are paramount.
Experience working with databases is strongly preferred. Customer service experience is strongly preferred.
Some flexibility in the daily/weekly schedule is possible. Occasional evenings or weekends required. An Arkansas driver's license is required. This position is located on-site at Arkansas PBS Foundation offices in Conway, Arkansas.
