2025 ARKANSAS PBS "ALL CREATURES GREAT AND SMALL" FACEBOOK DRAWING

  1. Eligibility:
    1. The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Arkansas who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
    2. Employees of Arkansas PBS, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.
    3. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. No payment will be accepted by Arkansas PBS in connection with this drawing.
  2. Entry Period:
    1. The entry period for the sweepstakes will begin on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025 at 12:00 PM Central Time (“CT”) and end on Friday, January 17, 2025, at 12:00 PM CT.
  3. How to Enter:
    1. Participants can enter the sweepstakes by commenting on Arkansas PBS’s Facebook post for the “All Creatures Great and Small” Facebook Drawing within the designated time period.
    2. In the alternative, enter the sweepstakes by emailing management@myarkansaspbs.org with the subject line “All Creatures Great and Small Facebook Drawing.”
    3. Limit one entry per household for the duration of the sweepstakes period.
  4. Prize:
    1. The prize for the sweepstakes is one (1) Arkansas PBS-branded umbrella.
    2. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other prizes.
    3. All taxes, fees, and other expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  5. Winner Selection:
    1. The winner will be selected at random from all entries received during the entry period.
    2. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
    3. The winner will be notified by Facebook message and post comment within two (2) business days following the end of the entry period.
  6. Claiming the Prize:
    1. To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the notification within 2 days and provide any requested documentation.
    2. If the winner fails to respond within the specified time period or does not meet the eligibility criteria, an alternate winner may be selected.
  7. Publicity:
    1. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Arkansas PBS the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  8. General Conditions:
    1. Arkansas PBS reserves the right to modify or cancel the sweepstakes at any time for any reason.
    2. By participating in the sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Arkansas PBS.
    3. Arkansas PBS is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.
    4. By entering the sweepstakes, participants release Arkansas PBS, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or the prize.
  9. Winner List:
    1. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Arkansas PBS, Attn: Katie Culpepper, 350 S. Donaghey, Conway, AR 72034 within 10 business days following the end of the entry period.
