A dream castle, the re-opening of a 1905 general store, a moonshiners cave by the falls and enjoying a huge hubcap burger – it’s all coming up in the next brand new episode of “Exploring Arkansas” Monday, Feb. 1.

Castle Rogue’s Manor outside of Eureka Springs in one man’s dream house turned castle after twenty years of construction. Visitors can not only dine at say, King Arthur’s table, but they can also spend a night or two and go back in time to the Middle Ages, the age of chivalry.

With the determination of third and fourth generations of the Goode family in Holland, the town’s original general store dating back to 1905 was able to reopen And it looks like it never missed a beat since that time! “Goode’s Grocery” now serves this community once again.

What began as a root cellar for a family’s homestead eventually was turned into a hideout for producing something a tad bit different, according to legend.  Moonshiners Cave and Falls is now a popular destination hike near Devil’s Den State Park.

It’s where “the elite meet to eat” including governors, former presidents and movie stars.  So, take a bite of this new “Exploring Arkansas” episode Monday, Feb. 1, at 6:30 p.m.
