Panelists include: Arkansas State Drug Director Kirk Lane; John Kirtley, Pharm.D., executive director of the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy; Dr. Michael Mancino, M.D., program director of the Center for Addiction Services and Treatment, UAMS Psychiatric Research Institute; and William Scott Doerhoff, executive director of the William Christian Doerhoff Memorial Foundation.
