Joy Bauer, MS, RDN, CDN, nutrition and health expert for NBC's 'TODAY' show, will be live in the Arkansas Educational Television Network studios, Saturday, March 12, at 2:30 p.m. to discuss her new program, 'Joy Bauer's From Junk Food to Joy Food.'

Viewers will learn the secrets to transforming their favorite junk foods into Joy food with just a few tweaks. Bauer shows how to eat comfort foods while losing weight, alleviating arthritis pain, boosting energy, enhancing heart health, normalizing blood pressure, flattening midsections, minimizing wrinkles and much more.

'Joy Bauer's From Junk Food to Joy Food' will include demonstrations of recipes for the delicious meals, snacks, desserts and drinks people crave, with a healthy twist. She will show how to transform foods for breakfast – including eggs, muffins, griddle items and more – for each meal of the day. For each 'Joy Food,' viewers will learn how to create a meal using the recipe, which highlights the beneficial ingredients and then compares it with the original, revealing the startling savings on calories, fat, sodium, sugar and more.
