FOI NOTICE: AETN Commission to meet June 11

The Arkansas Educational Television Network (AETN) Commission will meet Wednesday, June 11, at 2 p.m. in the Hampton Board Room of the Evans Student Center at Ouachita Baptist University, 410 Ouachita Street, Arkadelphia.

This is an open meeting under the provisions of the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, and the public is invited.

Following the meeting from 4-6 p.m. will be a reception honoring Dr. William Downs Jr. who is retiring from the commission after 16 years of service. Downs was first appointed to the commission on March 26, 1998. During his service, he was elected to three consecutive terms as chairman of the AETN Commission, from 2005 through 2008, in addition to serving in a variety of other roles.
