Posted 29 Nov 2018
"Super Woman Rx With Dr. Taz" will premiere on the Arkansas Educational Television Network Monday, Dec. 3, at 7 p.m. with Dr. Tasneem Bhatia live in the AETN studio.
Modern womanhood often means juggling multiple roles - businesswoman, mother, spouse, homemaker and more - all while being expected to look perfectly composed. "Super Woman Rx" addresses these challenges in a frank and prescriptive way, unlocking the secrets for lasting health, finding the perfect weight and increasing energy and passion.
Navigating busy lives can make it can seem almost impossible to maintain physical health. Overwhelmed and exhausted, many women find themselves falling into unhealthy eating habits, with no time for exercise or self-care. But, diet and fitness plans are usually one-size-fits-all, and those universal programs don't work for every woman and every personality, especially for women ages 60+.
Integrative health and wellness expert Bhatia, known to her patients as Dr. Taz, has a plan that is anything but cookie-cutter. Her mission is to help women over the age of 60 achieve optimum health, and she is passionate about helping women with her personalized plans in "Super Woman Rx With Dr. Taz."
Nationally recognized, Dr. Tasneem Bhatia is board-certified in integrative medicine, pediatrics and holistic medicine and is a wellness expert, specializing in women's health, weight loss, hair loss, thyroid conditions, nutrition and family wellness. She is the author of "What Doctors Eat," "The 21 Day Belly Fix" and the breakthrough best-seller "Super Woman Rx."
