Arkansas Children’s Hospital, Mid America Science Museum featured
in original pre-K-2nd grade series ‘Blueberry’s Clubhouse’ this week
CONWAY, Ark. (Arkansas PBS) — “Blueberry’s Clubhouse: Camp Counselor Carol’s Fearful Phobia” will premiere on Arkansas PBS Friday, Aug. 6, at 9:07 a.m. as part of the “Rise and Shine” summer learning program. Produced in partnership with the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts, the Arkansas PBS original pre-K-2 children's program features Blueberry, a curious puppet guide, and her friends at Camp Onomatopoeia participating in fun, engaging and insightful summer activities across The Natural State.
“Blueberry’s Clubhouse” will air on AR PBS-1, livestream at myarpbs.org/watchlive and be available on demand at myarpbs.org/blueberry and youtube.com/arkansaspbs, as well as in the Engage Arkansas PBS app and PBS Video app. New episodes will air Fridays at 9:07 a.m. through Aug. 13.
In this episode, Blueberry learns about good health and facing fears when her grown-up friend Camp Counselor Carol has to go to the doctor. Carol is terrified of her medical visit, and Blueberry didn’t think that grown-ups got scared at all. Together, the whole gang learns lessons about being healthy, taking care of themselves and facing their fears.
