The Arkansas Educational Television Network will feature one of the state's largest agencies, the Arkansas Department of Human Services, in a new 'Arkansans Ask' airing Thursday, Aug. 4, at 7 p.m.
This program will look at the direction and challenges of the Arkansas Department of Human Services and how they serve the state. Guests include: Cindy Gillespie, director of DHS since March 1; Kelley Linck, chief of legislative and inter-governmental affairs; Mark White, DHS deputy director; Mary Franklin, director of the DHS Division of County Operations; Mischa Martin, director of the DHS Division of Children and Family Services. Lance Turner of Arkansas Business hosts.

Prior to her work in Arkansas, Gillespie served as a principal in the Washington, D.C., office of Dentons' Public Policy and Regulation practice and a leader of the firm's Health Policy and Health Insurance Exchange Teams. She was also health care advisor to Mitt Romney.
