The Arkansas Educational Television Network Foundation has received a gift of $7,100 from the estate of Charles Thom.
This gift has been added to the Arkansas PBS Foundaion Endowment Fund, which exists to help: cover cost increases for purchasing national programs, fund local program production, and fund expansion of new programs and services while safeguarding against any potential decrease in operating funds.
'We are deeply grateful to Mr. Thom for remembering AETN in this way,' Arkansas PBS Foundaion Chief Operating Officer Mona Dixon said. 'Gifts of all sizes to the endowment help build a solid foundation for supporting AETN's programming and services in the present and for the future.'
