What’s for Dinner? Find out in “Agri Arkansas” on April 26.

“It’s what’s for dinner.” So says the advertising campaign for the beef industry. In the April episode of “Agri Arkansas,” we’ll take a closer look at the beef cattle industry in Arkansas, then visit the Ratchford buffalo farming operation in Marshall.

The episode will close with a panel discussion with guests Zachary Taylor of the Arkansas Agriculture Department and L.C. Ratchford of Ratchford Farms will close the episode.
