“Joy Bauer’s Food Remedies”

Joy Bauer, popular “TODAY” show nutritionist, appears live in AETN Studios Wednesday, Dec. 3, at 7 p.m.

For many people, knowing what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat is a puzzle they've lost all hope of ever solving. Anyone who has ever tried to make a commitment to healthy eating knows the obstacles: The dizzying number of choices in grocery stores and restaurants; the crazy, on-the-go schedules of every member of the family; the relentless hype and marketing surrounding fatty and sugary snack foods; and the powerful appetites fueled by habits, traditions, and humongous portion sizes. “Joy Bauer’s Food Remedies” is a special exploring and explaining these serious health issues in a fun and friendly format - all with a step-by-step action plan. Joy Bauer has been a nutritionist for more than two decades and helped her patients learn the proper foods to eat to lose weight and gain health. Perhaps most importantly, Joy motivates people to take the first steps towards better health through what they eat - "Life is hard, food should be easy" and "Dare to make the leap" are her mottos.

“The Sugar Impact Secret” with JJ Virgin

JJ Virgin appears live in AETN Studios Thursday, Dec. 4, 2014, at 7 p.m.

Most people know that sugar is bad for them, but few people know that the impact of sugar can actually be the real cause of inflammation, bloating, metabolic disorders, fatigue and weight gain. “The Sugar Impact Secret” will revolutionize how viewers think about – and eat – sugar. Virgin will show viewers how to lower their sugar impact, which helps retrain taste buds, restore sugar sensitivity, heal the digestive tract and rev up the metabolism, turning sugar burners into fat burners and promoting rapid weight loss. Dropping sugar also helps to reverse premature aging, while heading off most chronic and inflammatory illnesses where they start.

“Don’t Worry, Retire Happy With Tom Hegna”

Tom Hegna appears live in AETN Studios Friday, Dec. 5, at 8 p.m.

Over the years, retirement expert Hegna has help thousands of Americans secure their retirement. His retirement solutions work regardless of the economic climate, the valuation of the stock markets or the current interest rates environment. In “Don’t Worry, Retire Happy,” Hegna provides proven solutions to secure a happy and worry-free retirement and explains the math and science behind planning a successful retirement. He also shares his seven steps to retirement security. These steps include writing a retirement plan, considering a hybrid retirement, securing lifetime guarantee income, maximizing social security benefits, growing a retirement nest egg, planning for non-covered medical costs, and using home equity wisely.

“The Fast Metabolism Revolution With Haylie Pomroy”

Haylie Pomroy appears live in AETN Studios Sunday, Dec. 7, 2014, at 3 p.m.

Obesity and related diseases, like diabetes and heart disease, are national epidemics, yet most people come to a point in their lives where they give up on being able to manage their weight and health goals successfully. Many people attribute the challenge to having a “slow metabolism.” In her “revolutionary” new program, Pomroy demonstrates how everyone can enjoy the benefits of a fast and high functioning metabolism -- not by starving and eating less, but by eating more great food. Pomroy is known as the nutritionist to the stars, having worked with A-list performers like Jennifer Lopez and Robert Downey Jr., as well as thousands of other people concerned about maintaining their optimal health and weight.
