AETN and Clifford the Big Red Dog will join the Whole Foods Kids Club for story time, a science activity with the Museum of Discovery and more from 10-11 a.m. and will be available for photos until 1 p.m.
PBS KIDS’ new line of educational and earth-friendly toys — like classic wooden toys and soft plush animals of many of your favorite PBS characters — will be offered exclusively at Whole Foods Markets this holiday season. These toys are designed to inspire creative curiosity while supporting the development of healthy, happy kids. Even better? Whole Foods Market will donate one percent of each purchase up to $25,000 of sales to Whole Kids Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving children’s nutrition and wellness.
Wondering if you should add these toys to your favorite tyke’s holiday wish list? PBS KIDS’ sustainable toy product line is appropriate for children from 6 months to 3 years and features race cars made from recycled milk bottles; colorful, wooden vehicles assembled by hand from local wood in Vermont; shape sorters (recently named a National Parenting Publications Awards silver award winner) and stackers that inspire a love for fruits and veggies; super soft plush animals made with phthalate- and PVC-free materials; and organic t-shirts and infant onesies with vintage designs.
Don’t have a Whole Foods Market near you? No worries! In addition to finding the new line of PBS KIDS toys at Whole Foods Markets nationwide, you can see and order the toys online at
