Celtic Thunder Voyage Concert, Thursday, Nov. 15, at 7:30 p.m.

There’s nothing on earth quite like a man who can sing – tenor, lead, bari or bass, who’s going to be particular? But, I have to say, it’s especially wonderful when the man who can sing also happens to be Irish. (Or in George’s case, Scottish.) Call me a sucker for the accent, but those pure, sweet tones and beautiful vowels cut a path straight to my heart. Feel the same? Celtic Thunder is coming to Little Rock on Thursday, November 15, at 7:30 p.m. Write a letter telling your favorite member why you love his music, and you could win a copy of Celtic Thunder’s latest CD and tickets to the show!

Whether you’re simply a fan of the specials or a devoted Thunderhead, this tour is not to be missed! We’re holding the special, “best of” concert in Robinson Center Music Hall before Celtic Thunder retires the set list, and tickets are available exclusively through the Arkansas PBS Foundaion. Because none of this would be possible without the support of our viewers, we’re excited to share the love!

So how will we go about sharing? We want to give tickets away to Celtic Thunder’s biggest fans, so we’ve created a special contest! You’ll get a chance to show Celtic Thunder your admiration by writing a special (G-rated) love letter to your favorite member.  While it’d be easy to keep writing, we’re looking for entries that are two pages or less telling your favorite Celtic hunk why he’s earned your special adoration. Don’t be afraid to do your research! (After all, these talented gents are more than just pretty faces.)

Once you’ve finished writing, email your letter to or address it to:

We’ll select and announce the lucky winners Monday, Nov. 12, to give everyone plenty of time to get ready for the main event.

If, however, you aren’t willing to leave your chance of seeing your favorite Celtic singers up to chance, you can easily secure a seat for a bird’s-eye view of the dramatic solos, compelling ensembles and comedic acts through the Arkansas PBS Foundaion. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis with prices ranging from $45 to $150. Check out additional information and reserve your seats at or by calling 1-800-662-2386. We look forward to seeing you there!
