“Arkansans Ask: Vaccinations” airs Nov. 17

With the upcoming flu season and the recent mumps outbreak, people are discussing which vaccinations are needed and searching for answers to questions regarding effectiveness, access and boosters.

A panel of experts discusses the facts and myths surrounding vaccinations in children and adults in “Arkansans Ask: Vaccinations” on Thursday, Nov. 17, at 7 p.m.

Guests include: Gary Wheeler, M.D., MPS, chief medical officer at the Arkansas Department of Health and a pediatrician; Dr. Chad Rodgers, M.D., FAAP, chief medical officer at the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care and a pediatrician; and Robert Hopkins, M.D., UAMS Internal Medicine. Steve Barnes will serve as host.
